and get a name card and holder at the reception desk.
If you indicated in the questionnaire that you wish to attend the Luncheon Seminar (July 25) and/or General Assembly (July 26),
you will receive a voucher for a boxed lunch.
Cloak
No cloakroom will be provided. Lockers are available in the hall.
A storage area will be also set up in the auditorium and lecture hall.
Please take care of your valuables by yourself.
Instructions for Chairpersons
Chairpersons are requested to be seated at the chair’s desk on the stage no later than 5 minutes before starting the session.
Instructions for Oral Presenters
Only computer-based PowerPoint slides will be accepted.
All oral presenters of each session should deposit the presentation slide data at the data desk at the designated time indicated.
