Notes
◆ Receipt can be downloaded from the registration system.
◆ The registration form will ask you to enter your membership number (id), which can be found on My Page (https://jsicr.immunoreg.jp/login.php). If you do not know your membership number, please enter "99999".
◆ If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, the PAYMENT DEADLINE is June 12, 2024.
In case you failed to complete payment by the deadline, your Early Registration will be automatically canceled, and Late Registration will be required.
◆ We are planning to hold a reception on the evening of July 24 (Wed), the day before the conference (with membership fee). Please check the box in the registration form, if it is decided to hold one and you would like to attend the reception.
Please select "online" from the "Participation type" pull-down menu on the registration form. Please note that poster presentations will only be available to on-site attendees and will not be available on-demand.
Notes for JCS Members
◆ A boxed lunch will be provided for JCS members attending the general assembly on July 26 (Fri) upon request.
Please select from the pull-down menu, whether or not you need a boxed lunch for your attendance.
